All our properties are of an extremely high standard. They are all fitted out with creature comforts which at least match those of your own home.
Each property is unique and offers something for all tastes. But more importantly, they are all spacious. All our properties are suitable for young babies and a travel cot is provided in addition to the listed number of main beds. In some properties we have the flexibility of z-beds and/or sofa bed. For larger groups wishing to holiday together, some of our properties are very close to each other or even on the same site, and can be booked together, giving flexibility for two or more families (remember to book early if you require more than one property!)
Standard Items
Each property has the following items as standard:
TV, DVD / video, music centre including CD player and radio, a selection of CDs, DVDs, videos, family games, fiction books, books about the local area and an ordnance survey map of the local area, extensive tourist information, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, telephone (honesty box), full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer or washer-dryer, toaster, food processor. An initial stock of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dish cloths, bin liners, toilet roll, kitchen roll, soap, tea, coffee, milk and sugar is provided.

Bed linen and towels are provided, including beach towels and tea towels (bed linen is not provided for the travel cots, as we find that most parents of young infants prefer to bring their own).
Parking - where this is not available on site, a parking permit is provided between Easter and the end of October in Lynton to give unrestricted on-street parking adjacent to the property.
Additional luxury items
Cloud Nine has a hot tub on the balcony where you can relax and enjoy the splendid views. Castle Heights has a family room with additional TV, DVD/video system and music player. Nautilus apartments have an additional TV in the master bedroom.

All our properties are suitable for babies and young children and in order to minimise your packing and maximise your enjoyment, the following items are provided in all properties: travel cot, highchair or booster seat with tray, stairgates, sterilizer (microwave/cold water), baby listening monitor, toddler bedguard, food processor, food blender, plastic plates, cups, cutlery, etc.
