October 2007 Introducing Casa del Sol After three and a half years, we have taken possession of our new apartment on the Costa del Sol in Spain. And it has certainly been worth waiting for! It is now furnished and ready for bookings. The Costa del Sol has much to offer as a holiday destination: sun, sea, sand, golf (lots of it), stunning scenery and a rich and diverse culture. The apartment is situated on a fledgling site, half a mile from the coast between Gibralter and the town of Estepona, in the Andalucian region of Spain. It is 50 minutes drive from Malaga airport, 30 minutes from Gibralter and 90 minutes from Jerez. There are many cheap flights from most UK airports to Malaga and you can get to Jerez from Stanstead or Dublin. If you are looking for guaranteed sun for your summer holidays or a taste of winter sun, then look no further! May 2007 Introducing Carr View Our newest property is now available to rent out. It is a newly refurbished apartment in a beautiful Georgian Grade II listed building. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Carr View Hall is in the village of Sleights, which is just 4 miles from the coastal resort of Whitby and on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. It is in a truly beautiful part of our country and will prove popular for families and walkers. As we have only just launched it, there is still plenty of availability over the summer months and we are offering a 10% discount for the first 10 holidays booked. (Please mention when booking!) A new service for babies and toddlers We have teamed up with Tiny Tots Away to offer this fantastic service to our guests. For more details click here January 2007 Introducing Seascape 'Seascape' at Nassau Court is almost up and running and ready to receive bookings from mid February. We are still awaiting the professional photos, but as you will see from those already on the site, this apartment really does have “Wow” factor. There is a king size bedroom with ensuite shower room, a double bedroom and a bunk room and an open plan living area. The balcony can be accessed from the living area or the main bedroom, where you can relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of sea, sea and more sea, which is only a few feet from the balcony. As you would expect, Seascape is also fully equipped to our usual exceptional high standard! November 2006 Introducing Cloud Nine 'Cloud Nine', at Nassau Court is now up and running and ready for bookings. Please have a look at the photos, I’m sure you will agree this is an amazing apartment. It has two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room, and an open plan living area. All rooms have a sliding door on to the balcony where you can sip a cold glass of wine whilst relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the views of the Atlantic - pure luxury! And of course, fully equipped to match the same high standards as our other properties. Winter & Spring Breaks & Special Offers We still have some availability for a winter or spring get-away. We offer short breaks of either three or four nights at very attractive prices for those wanting a short break to ‘recharge their batteries’. We offer a discount of 25% off our standard tariff for two people staying up to 31st May, (excluding school holidays). We also run special offers with further discounts of up to 25% for last minute bookings. September 2006 New properties We are delighted to have two new properties within our portfolio which are in the process of being furnished and set up to our existing high standards. We have another two bedroom Nautilus, number 16, and a little further down the promenade in Westward Ho! we have the first of what we hope will be a few apartments at Nassau Court. If you have stayed at Nautilus and enjoyed the proximity of the sea, then you will love Nassau Court which is built on the rocks overlooking the sea. You can’t get closer than that without getting wet! As our existing properties on Westward Ho! are almost fully booked for Summer 2007 school holidays, we are sure that these two new properties will prove to be just as popular with our guests. May 2006 On-line availability and booking When we bought our first property we wanted to give holiday makers the benefit of booking online at their own convenience at any time of the day or night. Few small owners offer this facility, but it is surely the way forward for many businesses. The internet has meant that people expect to be able to run their lives from their computer at home or at work with instant results. The chore of emailing several owners or even worse having to pick up the telephone several times to book a holiday is just that...a chore. After six months of research and a couple of months of set up and testing, we are delighted to be able to say that this is now live.
